Step 4 Roll out 1 dough disk on lightly floured surface or between 2 sheets of wax paper to a 12-in. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).Step 3 Place a sheet of foil on a rimmed baking pan on bottom rack to catch any juices.Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour or until firm enough to roll out.
